My experience at Discount Tire has been nothing short of outstanding each time I go. Their online appointment reservation system is easy and fast for getting scheduled to be seen. When you schedule ahead, the wait time is extremely reasonable. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and (most importantly) helpful. They are willing to work within your budget and are not pushy with selling their products. Thank you Discount Tire for the wonderful service and deal!
I had my roommate go and pick it up for me, seeing as I wasnt able to myself, they told him that the bead was ripped off, and that they couldnt do it. They also didnt point out on which side it was bad on, and on top of that they told him that it was ripped to begin with.
Did not get a call whatsoever.
I came in on 12/11 after calling them and letting them know that I wanted a nail removed and patched up, was told that they could do it! Alright, cool! Dropped it off on my break from work and was told it would take roughly 45 minutes to an hour, and i would get a call, to which I was totally ok with.
Have always had outstanding service with these guys. Prices are better than anyone in town and service has been quality, which is harder to find these days. I would not go anywhere else in the Green Bay area.

I had the complete opposite experience than Jacqueline, the reviewer before me. They were awesome and fixed a nail in my tire at no charge and then rotated my tires at no charge. When I need to replace my tires, I will go to them and will tell all of my friends and family to do the same.
