We have our dog groomed here every 4_-5 weeks. They take excellent care of him and he is always excited to go.
Pretty friendly people working there. Didn't seem to terribly happy t be there though
Thank you Golrusk Pet Care Center for providing such a wonderful care for our golden retriever puppy, Jordy. We use the Puppy Day Care several times a week and highly recommend it! It gives Jordy an opportunity to socialize with other dogs, experience active playtime, and the frequent potty breaks helps keep the continuity of home. Whether it is running errands or doing some home improvement, we know while we are away, Jordy's needs are being met. The staff at Golrusk is awesome! Their interactions Jordy are aways positive! Thank you again Golrusk for providing this wonderful service!
My review is Mixed - First I would like to say that I really like the Invisible Fencing that we purchased through your west side store. We also liked the Invisible Fencing staff both the gentleman who installed our fencing and the lady who trained Roscoe with the fencing - 5 stars to them, great job guys & thank you!
I took my dog there he's a Pitbull the staff was super friendly and non judgemental! They accept all breeds of dogs and they also inform you on any issues that may have occurred and they inform you on if your dog was eating, drinking and using the restroom normally. This was my first time ever using a doggy hotel and when I called to check on my dog they were super friendly and informative and didn't act like I was bothering them!! Great place and an amazing staff!!
Secondly I would also like to say that although we have had Roscoe at your East Pet Care Center a few times without problems we are NOT pleased with the last visit to your facillity. He had what looked like two bite marks on him, one on the inside of his leg, the other on his lip. When asked by my daughter who picked him up for us why he had an injury on his lip the response was they did not know and had not noticed. That is not an acceptable response especially since we did pay extra for two daily private playtimes while he was there, so how could you NOT notice?
