If you're looking for courtesy, honesty, & professionalism, avoid this place like the plague. Here, the customer is NEVER right. It's quite difficult to find rudeness regularly on display like it is here.
Worst company in the world. They should allow negative stars for this company. One star is too high they don't deserve one star. you would be better off with Trac phone less lies. I think this company is part of the prison work release program. All liars and thieves. Need a lawyer to take to court.
Just went and upgraded my phone. The man helping us was wonderful. Wasn't pushy was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommended this store to everyone. Great experience. Thank you!
Just do it online reps are lazy and don't care about the stuff you want to keep or carry over to your new device. Just do it online phone reps are more informative!
Helpful employee, but only one guy there so my wait was significant as he helped others. Also, they have Time Warner/Charter Wi-Fi, so if you get a device and try it out, you're not experiencing AT&T Wi-Fi.
