First off these guys are a third party contractor. They can't do much but sell phones and will gladly point you to the real sprint store...which you should do. I spent most of my time on the phone with the real sprint so these clowns wouldn't screw it up. They told me they would just do it how they wanted and then I was supposed to call the real sprint and have them fix it. They also used a Verizon app to download all of my contacts onto my new phone, classy. DO NOT GO HERE!
Rude, condescending, didn't care about their customers. There is no place for customer loyalty in this company, they just want you to upgrade constantly and make a quick buck off of new customers.
